Phase 0：2024 and earlier
The SoccerN founding team, who excel in artificial intelligence algorithms and motion capture technologies and are passionate about soccer, have completed the development and testing of the first AIoT hardware product, the AI Tracker. This includes AI algorithm models, motion capture and behavior recognition, and automatic error correction technology. The initial version is WiFi-based and offers both a Tracker Kit for teams and a single tracker option for individual players. This groundbreaking smart wearable offers high precision at an affordable price and has undergone over 1,000,000 hours of testing. We have partnered with more than 50 clubs worldwide for data testing and early user experiences. This technology benefits professionals, semi-pros and amateurs by tracking, evaluating, and improving performance. Besides, we have conducted thorough research into the Web3.0 sector and established a dedicated blockchain development and operations team.
Phase 1：2025
The AI Tracker is upgraded to a Bluetooth version. The blockchain architecture of the SoccerN ecosystem is developed, incorporating a token economy model and incentive mechanisms, along with digital wallets, smart contracts, backend, frontend, and the app.
Footballers can view their performance data generated by the AI Tracker, and all users have access to SoccerN’s first application, SoccerN Champ. With this app, everyday football activities can be transformed into a gamified and rewarding experience. In 2026, the AI Tracker will be enhanced with AI chips to perform edge computing, which can process and analyze data directly on-site. This advancement drastically reduces latency and significantly boosts data privacy and security.
As the football ecosystem expands with more early adopters, the accumulation of football data can be utilized to train AI models, paving the way for the revolutionary Football AI Hub. We are expanding by enabling sidechain nodes for third-party developers and inviting more dApps and applications. Phase 3: 2027
By 2027, several groundbreaking apps will be launched, attracting a broader user base that includes more clubs, amateur enthusiasts, professional players, fans, supporters, football gamers, and other stakeholders. Additionally, SoccerN will enhance its commitment to charitable services to support talented youth, especially those in underdeveloped areas. We will launch the Youth Talent Support Program, enabling our community participants to convert their token earnings into donations of AI-Tracker devices for talented players.
